Rice thread wrapper filled with marinated minced prawn and minced pork, deep fried until crispy.
3. Gỏi Cuốn (2)
Prawns, vermicelli, and pork rolled in rice wrapper with mint and basil, served with peanut sauce.
4. Soup Măng Tây Cua
Crabmeat and quail egg in a thick asparagus broth.
5. Soup Chua Ngọt
Straw mushroom, tomato, and shrimp soup.
6. Pop’s Wings
Deep fried chicken wings with BBQ sauce and pop’s seasoning.
7. Gỏi Đu Đủ Gan Cháy (Spicy)
Shredded green papaya salad with beef liver jerky served with our house special sauce and peanuts.
8. Gỏi Ngó Sen
Shredded lotus stalks with peanuts, pork and shrimp tossed in vinaigrette.
9. Gỏi Hải Sản Trái Thơm
Fresh pineapple salad with carrots, sweet onion, lemongrass, roasted peanuts, shrimp,
and calamari.

Deep fried quail on watercress.
11. Bánh Xèo
Crispy crepe filled with pork, shrimp, bean sprouts, and green onion. Served with fresh lettuce and herbs.
12. Xươn Nướng
Grilled BBQ Ribs.
13. Hến Xúc Bánh Đa
Sautéed baby clams, ground beef, and peanuts in house special sauce. Served with sesame rice cracker.
14. Rack of Lamb
Grilled marinated New Zealand rack of lamb (4), served with chef’s special seasoning.
